I have also learnt to just let God take over everything. Sometimes I tend to take control and just freak out but well, letting Him control everything is so much exciting. Looks like the worship team really believe in your leadership, as well as the importance of what they do every Sunday in service. I guess the only questions that remain are: do other ministry teams know about this, and are they encouraged? In any case, praise the Lord, and I'm looking forward to the next time I'm back home in OC.
